An Auto Parts Technician job in Allentown, PA is available through Belcan. In this role, you will be working in a mid-sized call center taking 40-50 calls per day and responding to email inquiries. You will also be responding to customer requests through 800 line/functional email box and processing transactions received in the department. To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience in customer service, experience talking to customers on the phone and automotive knowledge or CRM experience. This is a yearlong contract position that offers a competitive rate, paid holidays after 60 days of employment and PTO.
Auto Parts Technician Qualifications
Candidates should have high degree of phone etiquette, professional verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen and respond effectively, maintain a positive attitude, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, strong problem solving ability and analytical skills, self-motivated, sense of urgency, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A.A. in Business Management or Engineering Technology or minimum 5 years equivalent experience within a Customer Service Environment.
Must be familiar with PC operations including word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with heavy equipment or automotive vehicles
Experience working with a CRM tool is highly preferred
