Job Description SUMMARY: The Junior Copywriter reports to the Copy Manager, writing unique, compelling product stories and marketing materials, as well as performing essential proofreading and copyediting duties on a variety of marketing assets. The Junior Copywriter ensures consistency and accuracy of grammar and brand voice across all Crocs' touchpoints, including crocs.com, email campaigns, video content, digital ads, social posts, retail and wholesale signage, tradeshow materials and internal guidelines. The Junior Copywriter will interact with teams from many departments, including marketing, merchandising, product design, legal, and others as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Write and proofread unique product stories and descriptions for new Crocs items Proofread marketing presentations and other collateral Maintain versions of stories with unique points-of-view for vendor partners Keep Centric, our product database, updated with new product names and descriptions Abide by and maintain Copy Style Guide Write direct-to-consumer emails, subject lines and calls-to-action Assist with marketing projects as needed, including: social, video scripts, external advertisements, and retail signage Ensure consistent voice and messaging between online and offline marketing QUALIFICATIONS: 1-4 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing writing; apparel or footwear experience preferred Excellent attention to detail; strong command of English language, grammar, and advertising writing styles Experience in proofreading, copyediting a variety of business and marketing materials Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups Outstanding written and oral communications and presentation skills Portfolio must demonstrate best-of-breed creativity and professionalism Must be a proactive, willing communicator and collaborator Must maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere within the Marketing team Must be flexible and able to accept and provide necessary critique and feedback * To be considered for this opportunity please submit acover letter and provide a link to your portfolio.
